Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a white-glove courier service; for smaller decor, simply print the provided prepaid label and drop it at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
